Some of our events:

Steadfast Angel of Love Statue
Horizon Moving Systems transported the Steadfast Angel of Love statue on March 26, 2011 in honor of Christina Taylor Green. Christina Taylor was the youngest victim in the January 8th shooting in Tucson, Arizona.

Horizon Moving Systems picked up the statue from a dedication ceremony at the site of the flight United 93 crash and began the journey back to Tucson, AZ.

The statue was dedicated on April 1, 2011 at the James D. Kriegh Park in Oro Valley, Arizona.

Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix

Play ball! Horizon Moving Systems hosted a camp with the Boys & Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix—allowing children the opportunity to play with the Arizona Cardinals.

Horizon sponsored the football camp, which teamed kids with their favorite Cardinals player.

A longtime client of Horizon, the Arizona Cardinals opened their training facility to the kids. Tight end Troy Bienemann and mascot Big Red worked with the participants on their skills. They also provided drill stations where the kids could work on running, passing, catching and kicking.

“Big Red gave me a hug and showed me how to catch a football,” said Ernesto P., one of the children from the Boys & Girls Club. “And then he tackled me.”

Super Bowl XLII Move

When the best football teams in the country needed a move for Arizona’s Super Bowl—they selected Horizon Moving Systems.

And we made sure the New England Patriots, the New York Giants and their families were well taken care of during the Glendale, Ariz., Super Bowl in 2007.

“I want to thank Horizon Moving Systems for taking care of our teams needs during Super Bowl XLII,” said Jim Phelan, director of administration for the New York Giants. “They did a great job with the team, players and family moves to and from the airport. They were an integral part of what was a magical week in Phoenix.”

Overall, Horizon was entrusted with transporting the luggage of more than 1,000 people to four different hotels in Phoenix. And right before game day, we brought all of the training materials and player equipment for both teams to the University of Phoenix Stadium.
