Single Point of Contact
Once you have chosen Horizon Moving Systems to manage your transferring employee’s
move, your account representative will assign a personal move coordinator to be your
employees’ single point-of-contact throughout the entire move process. This coordinator is
the same person who manages your account and is your company’s single point of contact.
Your coordinator will gather all pertinent information as well as give you all their contact
numbers and e-mail addresses, including an emergency number to provide 24/7 access.
Your coordinator will follow a task flow keeping you informed throughout the entire move.
The coordinator literally manages the move by being the single point-of-contact between
you, the sales consultant, packers, van operator, van line, and partner origin and destination
agents as well as 3rd party vendors if needed.
