A moving company must go through
rigorous training and testing
to qualify as a certified Registered
International Mover (RIM). Training
and certification is available
for all those involved in the
international moving process:
sales people, surveyors, coordinators,
packers, craters, and loaders.
RIM certification ensures the
holder is knowledgeable in international
moving. Standards are verified
by on-site inspection performed
by the V.P. of International Programs
at AMSA. To maintain RIM certification,
a mover must maintain its quality
service to the international moving
community and adhere to the RIM
code of ethics and principals
of conduct. |
