Customer satisfaction surveys reveal that a successful move depends on two main
components: the ability and attitude of a company’s employees and communicating useful
information while setting realistic expectations. The sales department of Horizon Moving
Systems understands these issues and in every customer interaction, our representatives
will provide a positive atmosphere to allow for discovery, assessment, and solutions related
to an individual’s unique relocation requirements.
Through our affiliation with United Van Lines, all Horizon salespeople have completed a
moving consultant certification program. This program includes learning modules on
customer service, attitude, industry knowledge and trends, and federal government
compliance issues. Every spring, Horizon holds a statewide sales retreat to provide
continuous training, development, and recognition for top producers. At every sales meeting,
the number 1 agenda item is a review of returned customer surveys ranking our
performance on appearance, attitude, estimating accuracy, providing helpful information,
and communication.
