The first person we dealt with was Lynette Wells and she is truly the "delightful face" of your company. Lynette was gracious and caring and came through for us whether we asked her for multiple bids, holding dates for us until we had a final answer as to exactly when we would close on the sale of our house or simply being able to email her when we had questions that needed answering. She always got back to us ASAP and encouraged us to communicate with her whenever we needed her help. Then came Windy, who confirmed our dates, called to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and even called the day of the move to find out how things were going. We thought that was very nice. The packers John and Mike were cheerful, courteous and so experienced. They took great care to make sure nothing was going to break and they were 100% successful! They were scheduled to pack us up over two days and did it in one, which we found amazing, given all the "stuff" we have. We asked John how long he worked for your company and he said 32 years — we can see why! The movers, Luis, Jesus and Ricky couldn't have been nicer and were a pleasure to be around. They were fast, fastidious and so willing to help place the furniture when we got to the new house. We never felt rushed in making those decisions and we so appreciated their extra care. Everyone's combined experience and wonderful attitudes made our move easy and fast. In fact, we have never moved with any other moving company that was better than Horizon, and we have moved from New York to Colorado to Oregon and finally to Arizona, with lots of local moves in each of those places. I am sorry I have not written this letter earlier to share my experiences but, due to circumstances, I was unable to. I am writing this letter to tell you about my 2 wonderful moving experiences. The first was on 10/21/08. Ricky Jimenez and Victor Altamirano were professional, efficient, pleasant and left feeling comfortable about my move. They instilled a feeling of confidence in that my belongings would be safe and cared for. The move was great. They showed care in the transfer and left the floors and walls clean and unmarked. Then they moved our belongings to the apartment at Via Palomita.They were accommodating in placing everything in the rooms I wanted them to be in. Nothing was lost or broken. When I move from my apartment to my new home, I want them to move me. It would make the task one in which I would feel comfortable and confident. They are truly an asset to Horizon. The next day, 10/22/08 was an equally great experience. The men, Luis Olea and Daniel Diaz were as I described above. They were pleasant, professional, competent and also left me with feelings of confidence that they would take care of my possessions that were going into storage. They worked against many pressures since the person moving in had his trucks waiting outside. I never once felt that I was not important to this group. Again nothing was damaged in the move. I am also requesting they deliver my belongings when I move to my new home. These gentlemen also are a true asset to Horizon. move (Arizona/Providence). Lenny, our driver was super
professional, diligent, and helpful and the movers, packers,
and unpackers were awesome. We didn't have one single
incident we were unhappy with. If you could let whoever it

Kelvin and Horizon moved some of our records out of our Miami mine site to our warehouse facility here in Phoenix, Arizona. We have worked with Kelvin on a variety of occasions and each time he and his team have exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find an individual that is so committed to making the customer as happy as possible. Kelvin always goes beyond the call of duty and finds ways to accommodate every time an unexpected issue comes up. What amazed us most about Kelvin and his crew is that not once did we have to approach anyone about not doing their work, in fact in the three days we were in Miami working, we did not see a single member of the moving crew stop working unless it was break time or to close shop for the day. With the type of work that Horizon Moving System does, you are privileged to have an individual like Kelvin who can coordinate a large-scale moving project in such an efficient manner, and employess like his crew who make every effort to work as hard as possible and obviously take pride in what they do. McClure Good Afternoon Ms. Jordan: Some people would say that moving 235 people into a new building in two days would be a major accomplishment. Well, it would be if you didnt have a fantastic team to help you do it. I was lucky enough to have selected individuals who were intelligent and experienced professionals who made my task less complicated. Vince Rennie, Wendy Macfarlane, Russ Wright and your incredible moving staff were some of those professionals who made the move into our new building flawless. Vinces guidance and efforts were the key to our successful transition. In the planning stages of our move his suggestions and knowledge of his trade took me from our initial contact to after my entire staff were moved into our new building and comfortably settled into their new work places. Vince was eager to help me conduct meetings with my staff to make the move as smooth as possible, and I appreciated his willingness to assist me. Wendy stayed in contact with me beginning before our move, during the move and even weeks after our move making sure we were completely satisfied with your service and asking if we had any problems. She was very professional and very concerned that we were happy with the treatment we received. Russ Wright and his Team were patient and incredibly organized when it came to move day. He even came back to our old buildings and helped me go from building to building to locate some missing moving equipment. The whole time telling me, Liz, dont worry about it well find the equipment. Russ Wright was absolutely the Right guy for the job! Horizon Moving Systems should be proud of the way Vince, Wendy and Russ represented your company and for their outstanding efforts. I will not hesitate to use Horizon Moving Systems for any moving needs we have in the future and I will highly recommend your company in a heart beat if I know if someone is moving.
